TOURNAMENT RULES
• All armies must be battle-ready (10 points awarded)
• Paint judging occurs during lunch break
• Chess clocks optional (mandatory if one player requests)
• Hard round end times with 10-minute "talk it out" period
• Player packet to be distributed before event
